ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — One absentee voter from Cobb County says his ballot still hasn’t arrived the day before the midterm election.Isaiah Swann is a Ph.D. graduate and medical student in Virginia. He is also a registered voter in Cobb County. He provided Atlanta News First with confirmation that he requested an absentee ballot on Oct. 22, a day before the deadline, and confirmation that his ballot was issued Oct. 26.However, on Monday when Swann did not receive his ballot in the mail, he said he called the Cobb County Elections Department. The county said its printing vendor, Fort Orange Press, is to blame for delays involving ballots issued between Oct. 7 and 15.“They said that it was out of their hands,” Swann said.“It’s just been it’s been a really frustrating experience, honestly,” he said. “It means a lot for me to be able to, you know, contribute my voice to a place that I consider home, and one of the ways to do that is through voting, and so it’s just frustrating
